🍓 Ingredients

  Mustard (tarragon mustard)
4 Turkey cutlets
  Pepper - grains
some Flour
  Butter for frying
2 Carrots
1 Onion
250 milliliters Cream
2 centiliters Whisky
250 milliliters Beef broth

🍽 Instructions

Cut carrots into sticks, chop onion finely, season cutlets, coat in mustard and flour.

Fry cutlets in butter on both sides. Add onion, carrots and peppercorns, fry briefly and deglaze with whisky, beef broth and cream. Allow the turkey cutlets to soak briefly.
