๐Ÿ“ Ingredients

2 Bell bell peppers finely diced
1 medium-sized Onion finely diced
1 small Zucchini finely diced
4 large Turkey cutlet
3 tablespoons Herbs Italian fresh or dried
2 cans Tomatoes (pizza)
300 grams Feta cheese diced
2 cloves Garlic
  Salt and pepper
  Paprika powder sweet
2 tablespoons Olive oil

๐Ÿฝ Instructions

Mix the olive oil with salt, bell pepper and paprika to make a marinade. Let the turkey cutlets soak in it for a few minutes while the vegetables are being cut. Fry the cutlets and then keep them warm. Then sautรฉ the vegetables, add the feta and sautรฉ everything a bit.

Then add the herbs and the pizza tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with rice.

Tip:

You can also replace part of the feta cheese with pickled.
