Mix the olive oil with salt, bell pepper and paprika to make a marinade. Let the turkey cutlets soak in it for a few minutes while the vegetables are being cut. Fry the cutlets and then keep them warm. Then sauté the vegetables, add the feta and sauté everything a bit.
Then add the herbs and the pizza tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with rice.
You can also replace part of the feta cheese with pickled.
