🍓 Ingredients

800 grams Broccoli florets
250 milliliters Cream
4 Turkey escalope
2 bags Soup (cream of broccoli soup)
100 grams Grated cheese
500 milliliters Milk

🍽 Instructions

Place turkey cutlets in a baking dish. Briefly blanch broccoli florets and place in between. Pour milk and cream into a pot.

Sprinkle in soup powder and bring to a boil. Pour over broccoli and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake in a hot oven at 200 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 30 min.
