🍓 Ingredients

1 cup Sour cream
4 Turkey escalope 1 bag of hash browns TK
1 cup Sweet cream
100 grams Grated cheese
150 grams Bacon cubes
  Fat for the form

🍽 Instructions

Allow the Rösti to thaw.

In no case defrost them properly. Mix the hash browns with the cream, sour cream, diced ham and cheese.

If you like, you can also add some herbs (chives or flat-leaf parsley). Put this mixture on the cutlets, which have been cleaned, beaten a little and peppered and salted on both sides. Of course, place the cutlets in a greased baking dish or on a baking tray beforehand. Then bake in a preheated oven at about 200 degrees (convection oven 180 degrees) until golden brown. Serve with a nice fresh salad and crusty bread.
