Put the flour, sugar, eggs and margarine in a bowl and mix well for at least 3 min.
Then add the remaining ingredients and make a dough (the dough must pull and in any case not be too firm – you can change this, for example, by adding water and milk as needed). Pour the dough into a prepared cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for about 60 minutes.
Tip: When the cake has cooled down, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
