Wash the strawberries, remove the leaves and roughly dice them.
Put the strawberry cubes in a tall container and puree with a squeeze of lemon juice to a fine sauce. Sweeten with sugar to taste.
Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Mix the curd with the yogurt and 50g sugar in a bowl. You can also reduce the amount of sugar to taste. Whip the cream in a tall container with vanillin sugar and cream stiffener until stiff.
Fold the whipped cream into the quark-yogurt mixture.
Divide the cream among four small bowls.
Then place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Before serving, spread the strawberry sauce on the four small bowls with the cream.
On a fun evening we have christened this self-created dessert ‘Murder on curd bed’ 🙂
