Season chops and coat with tomato paste. Roll first in flour, then in beaten egg. Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan and turn the chops in it at the end. Please do not use ready-made Parmesan from a bag, but fresh.

Press the breading well.

Fry in hot oil over moderate heat for about 10 minutes per side. The chops should be nice and golden. Serve with salad, French fries, broccoli.
