🍓 Ingredients

  Curry powder
1 Celeriac
  Salt and pepper
as you like Water
1 teaspoon Margarine optional
1 teaspoon Olive oil

🍽 Instructions

Bring water to a boil, peel celeriac (it’s easiest to slice and then cut away the edge around the outside), then dice and simmer until soft, about 30 minutes. Puree the celery with a blender, adding as much of the cooking water as needed to reach the desired consistency (about 1/2 ladle, prefer less before it gets too runny). Then season with curry powder (for me it was 1 tsp but that will already be too much for most), salt and pepper and mix in 1 tsp each of olive oil and/or margarine according to taste.
