🍓 Ingredients

200 grams Curd substitute creamy e.g. curd alternative Simply V
1/2 small Onions
30 grams Pointed paprika
some Cayenne bell pepper
some Salt
1 1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
some Herbs e.g. parsley thyme or chives
1 teaspoon Lemon juice

🍽 Instructions

Mix the quark alternative with salt, cayenne pepper, lemon juice and olive oil and season to taste. Cut the bell bell pepper and onion into very small cubes and stir in. Chop the herbs (your choice) and mix everything again.

Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
