30 grams Protein powder vegan neutral 🍽
250 milliliters Soy milk (soy drink) with vanilla flavor
1 Banana πŸ“ 🍽

🍽 Instructions

Simply put a ripe banana, part of the vanilla milk and the protein powder in the stand mixer and mix on high speed for 30 seconds.

Then add the rest of the milk and mix again for about 1 min. Finally, I have managed a shake in which the vegan protein powder does not provide a floury Beigeschack, so that the shake finally tastes as delicious and creamy as with the Wheypulver.
