🍓 Ingredients

250 grams Chicken breast fillets
300 grams Broccoli
100 grams Mangetouts
3 Spring onions
2 Carrots
4 tablespoons Cream cheese with herbs
1 tablespoon Parsley finely chopped
200 milliliters Vegetable stock
1 tablespoon Sauce binder light
1 tablespoon Chives in rolls
  Curry powder
  Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon Oil

🍽 Instructions

Divide the broccoli into small florets and simmer with the snow peas in salted water for about 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water. Cut the meat and the rest of the vegetables into small pieces.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat first.

Add the vegetables, season with curry, salt and pepper, stir in vegetable broth and cream cheese and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes, then thicken the sauce with some sauce thickener.

Season again before serving, then sprinkle with chives and parsley. Tastes best with pasta or rice.
