Divide the broccoli into small florets and simmer with the snow peas in salted water for about 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water. Cut the meat and the rest of the vegetables into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat first.
Add the vegetables, season with curry, salt and pepper, stir in vegetable broth and cream cheese and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes, then thicken the sauce with some sauce thickener.
Season again before serving, then sprinkle with chives and parsley. Tastes best with pasta or rice.
