Boil the potatoes until soft, then peel and coarsely grate or press through a coarse potato ricer. Steam the diced vegetables until soft as well. Then mix the potatoes with the vegetables and cheese. Peel the garlic, mince it and add it. Add salt and pepper.
Mix everything well.
Then form loafs from this mixture. Fry in a pan in heated oil for about 5 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
Serve hot. It goes well with a salad or tomato sauce.
