🍓 Ingredients

1 can Corn
150 grams Oatmeal tender
1 can Tomato chopped
200 grams Snow peas
as you like Oil
1 can Mushrooms
as you like Balsamic vinegar with little acid if needed vegan
as you like Olive oil
as you like Sugar beet syrup
as you like Salt
as you like Basil dried
as you like Sugar

🍽 Instructions

Cut the snow peas into bite-sized pieces and fry them briefly in a little oil in a pot. Add tomatoes, corn and mushrooms (with liquid) and bring everything to a boil. Now add fruity olive oil as needed.

Then season in order with balsamic vinegar, sugar beet syrup, sugar, salt and basil.

Finally, add the oatmeal and let everything simmer for a few minutes so that the oatmeal can swell.
