Cut the snow peas into bite-sized pieces and fry them briefly in a little oil in a pot. Add tomatoes, corn and mushrooms (with liquid) and bring everything to a boil. Now add fruity olive oil as needed.
Then season in order with balsamic vinegar, sugar beet syrup, sugar, salt and basil.
Finally, add the oatmeal and let everything simmer for a few minutes so that the oatmeal can swell.
