🍓 Ingredients

1/2 kilograms Carrots sliced
1 Broccoli
1 Vegetable onion chopped
2 Zucchini sliced
  Salt and pepper
400 grams Chanterelles
  Chili powder
  Olive oil
1 teaspoon Vegetable broth grained with 125 ml water
  Wine white

🍽 Instructions

Sauté the carrots and onions well in olive oil.

Then add the broccoli florets, sliced zucchini and the cleaned chanterelles. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder and add a dash of white wine. Let it boil down a bit, then pour in the vegetable broth and cook everything together until al dente. This goes well with pasta of any kind.
