🍓 Ingredients

2 small Onions finely chopped
200 grams Chicken breast fillets in small pieces
2 Carrots peeled diced
2 Potatoes peeled diced
2 Yellow bell peppers in fine strips
  Salt and bell pepper
2 teaspoons Butter
  Curry powder
1 liter Vegetable stock
100 grams Bean sprouts

🍽 Instructions

Brown the meat well in butter. Remove the meat. Add the vegetables and sauté briefly. Pour the broth, cook everything in the closed pot for about 12 to 15 minutes. Add the washed sprouts and meat to the vegetables in the last 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and curry powder.
