Put the flour mixed with baking powder, butter, powdered sugar, egg and lemon zest in a large bowl and knead well, chill the dough for 20 min (not longer).
Then roll out on a well-floured board about 3mm thick and wheel out or cut squares of about 10 cm, put in the middle 1 heaped teaspoon of jam (do not take liquid), then fold into a triangle, press the edges well with a fork or finger – put on a prepared tray and bake in the preheated oven at 160° convection oven for about 15 min.
When cooled, brush 2 edges with glaze and add chocolate sprinkles on top
Glaze:
mix some powdered sugar with enough amaretto or rum to make a spreadable glaze.
