Sauté onion in fat, add sliced sausage and fry. Sprinkle paprika powder, stir and immediately deglaze with vinegar and pour water or instant soup, about 1/2 l. Add remaining ingredients and spices, stir well. Add more liquid if necessary. The ingredients should be just covered. Cook in pressure cooker about 15 min, in regular pot until potatoes are tender. If liquid is too thin, dust lightly with flour or sauce thickener. The sauce should be pleasantly spicy. Add seasoning if necessary. Good to pre-cook, as the potato goulash is always better warmed up.
