🍓 Ingredients

1 1/4 liter Whipped cream
110 grams Sugar
10 leaves Gelatin
250 grams Ground walnuts
some Walnuts
1 Vanilla sugar
some Cream

🍽 Instructions

Whip the cream until stiff and fold in the nuts. Dissolve the cold soaked, squeezed gelatine in a little warm water.

Dissolve the sugar and van sugar in it.

Carefully fold everything into the nut-cream mixture.

Chill. Garnish with dots of cream and walnuts.
