๐Ÿ“ Ingredients

400 grams Sugar
500 grams Flour
500 grams Butter
2 cups Whipped cream
1 pinch Salt
1 package Vanilla sugar
10 Eggs separated
1 small bottle Flavoring (lemon)
1 can Beer pale

๐Ÿฝ Instructions

Cream butter, sugar, salt and egg yolks. Sift in the vanilla sugar.

Then stir in the cream.

Gradually add the beer. The batter should not be too thin, but also not too thick. Finally, carefully fold in the beaten egg whites. Bake the waffles in a greased waffle iron. Leave to cool individually on a cooling rack. An old recipe of my aunt Irmgard.
