Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, mascarpone, cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of wheat beer with a hand mixer. Mix the remaining wheat beer with the spices. Place half of the ladyfingers in a baking dish and drizzle with half of the spiced beer. Spread half of the cream on top and place another layer of ladyfingers soaked with spiced beer.
Cover with the remaining cream and dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate.
