🍓 Ingredients

250 grams Butter
6 Egg yolk
250 grams Sugar
250 grams Chocolate (block chocolate) grated
250 grams Flour
50 grams Almonds ground
6 Egg whites
2 teaspoons Baking powder (heaping tsp)
as you like Cake glaze (chocolate)
1/4 liter Brandy
200 grams Jam (apricot) stirred smooth

🍽 Instructions

Cream butter with sugar, add egg yolks. Fold in block chocolate and almonds, then stir in flour and baking powder.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Pour the batter into a prepared springform pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 65 minutes. Then allow to cool.

Now drizzle (or soak – according to taste) the cooled base with brandy and spread with the smoothly stirred apricot jam. Melt the cake glaze and spread evenly over the top. Tip: If necessary, decorate with e.g. Mon Cherie or similar.
