🍓 Ingredients

150 grams Powdered sugar
1/4 liter White wine
3 Oranges
3 Eggs
1 package Vanilla sugar
1/2 packages Custard powder vanilla (can be more)
1/2 kilograms Fruit small cut (apricots) canned fruit salad (without juice) tastes especially good!
1/8 liter Whipped cream

🍽 Instructions

Beat vanilla pudding powder, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs with wine and orange juice over steam for about 15-20 minutes until very fluffy (until creamy).

Then place in cold water and beat until cold. Gently stir in stiffly whipped cream and chopped fruit and serve in glasses, well chilled. (Cream can also be prepared 8-10 hours in advance).
