In a large pot, pour the 2 L of meat broth and put on the stove.
Add the finely chopped cauliflower and broccoli to the broth, as well as the quartered onion. Put the lid on the pot and simmer on medium heat for a good 40 min!
Remove the pot from the heat and puree everything nicely with the blender, season to taste and add the cream and herbs!
Serve immediately! Serve with a dab of whipped cream if desired! Caution.
Do not let the soup boil strongly once the cream is in it, just warm it up!
If you want a creamier soup, just add a large potato cut into small pieces to the vegetables and cook it!
