Cook rice according to package directions.
Squeeze the lime.
Peel and coarsely chop the garlic. Rinse ginger well and chop coarsely with peel.
Puree finely with 2 tbsp oil in a blender and season with salt and pepper. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Quarter the zucchini and cut into slices. In a pan, heat the remaining oil and saute the vegetables until al dente.
Add the sauce and saute for 1 minute. Arrange everything on a plate.
