Cook the rice according to package directions. Dice the chicken meat and slice the zucchini into strips. Peel and quarter the onions. Brown the meat with a little fat and remove from the pan.
Then fry the zucchini together with the onions. Both should have taken on a slight color. Remove the vegetables from the pan as well.
Boil the broth and stir in the cream. Season to taste with the spices and reduce slightly. Add meat, vegetables and rice to the sauce, mix and let it get warm.
