Cut the zucchini into slices and the chicory into strips.
The quantity ratio should be about 2:1. First sauté the zucchini slices in a pan with a little olive oil, after about half the time add the chicory strips. Season with salt and add the herbs. Let it steam for about 3-5 minutes until everything is soft. Then just let it cool and add the sour cream. We like to eat the salad with salmon or trout, but we also like it with grilled meat.
